Pre Order Info

Information regarding the Cyber Servers 1/4 Jointed Dolls Pre-order. Please read this information if you want to partake in the pre-order:Only Pro cast dolls are available this pre order. No artist cast. No 3D Printed Dolls.Please keep in mind that these dolls cannot wear full sphere eyes, they can only take flat back sphere or oval (verticle) eyes. I have made eyes specific for these dolls but I have also managed to use other eyes in them as seen in the Delta sculpt.

The pre order COULD end early if the order amount exceeds 30 dolls sold. I will post on instagram if such happens.Please note it is possible for me to 3D print eyes for your doll, they will come unsanded and unpainted if you want a pair for your doll.
Since I am inexperienced at eye making I will not offer to finish the eyes for you. (Note that Ada and Eva in the promo pics are wearing eyes I have made and designed for them)The 'ears' on each unit are slotted into the head, this means that you -may- need to use some putty or tack to keep the ears stable and in the head. They were made removeable for easier wig wearing.It is recommended to use a silicone wig cap under wigs so that the wig stays on the dolls head and does not slip off.Each Doll / Unit will come with the following:

Disclaimer

In regards to upcoming Pre-orders:- For pro-cast Dolls they will be cast in a selection of 3 colours by a professional casting company. For people ordering with Pro-cast dolls I cannot accept refunds for late delivery as the production time is out of my control. This is also a potential issue since the caster is in China and with the situations going on with China may cause severe delays still to either production or even shipping to me from the caster (in China).- If there are any issues with the pro-cast dolls from when you recieve them I cannot provide a full refund. A partial refund can only be provided when the doll is returned to me. This is because of production costs.- I am in the UK, I can ship from the UK but I can also ship from within the EU if you are worried about customs. Please contact me if you have any concerns about customs fees. ((This is not applicable to SD size dolls, my appologies.))- In regards to layaway, all payments are non-refundable. If you fail to make a payment after a month of the due date your order will be cancelled and no refund will be provided. Communication is king, if you need longer please send me an email or a message on instagram. However I cannot promise to prolong a layaway beyond 2 months. I will not be sending out requests each month for the money, you will need to keep track of the payments. When the dolls arrive I will check who has paid off the dolls and who hasn't then proceed from there.- We cannot accept returns/refunds, when you purchase an item it is the buyer's responsibility to read all the description and look over all photographs to understand what they are purchasing. The dolls sold will be as accurately described and photographed as possible.- We cannot accept responsibility for items lost in the post. It is the buyer's responsibility to ask for posting insurance for the item and to pay for the insurance accordingly. If you do not ask for insurance for the item then we will not post the item with insurance.- About Digidolls Demon dolls: Please understand that myself and Digidolls have a written agreement that she will recieve part of the profits of each doll sold with the demon design. Digidolls on Instagram was the original creator of the design but did not finish the original design and moved on to a entirely new design. I purchased the unfinished prototype of the demon doll, made modifications and finished the doll. Cast and made the doll for the first pre-order. I organise all pre-orders for this demon doll but I have no affliation with other Digidoll dolls.Please read this text before agreeing to purchasing any hand cast products made by Doktor Krow:- Any item listed as 'hand cast' means that the item was molded, cast, sanded and assembled by one person. Therefore the item will not be the same standard as chinese/professional castings of dolls. The following 'flaws' my apply so please be mindful:
¬ Tiny bubbles
¬ Small scratches
¬ Specs of dirt (Some might be under the resin of which then it may be hardly noticeable)
¬ Resin Dust inside the doll or in hard to clean places
¬ Rough surface on some parts
¬ Seam lines
¬ Maybe super glue marks (they will be cleaned off to the best of our ability)
¬ Potential kickyness (limbs may be prone to slipping from a set position)- All of these flaws are small and acceptable in the artist/hand cast collector community and will not be accepted as 'damage' of the doll.- We promise to provide a doll/item to the best of our ability and please know that hours and hours went into these items for sale. Each one is made with love and attention and while we cannot promise perfection that some customers want we can promise a item that is functional and beautiful.If you have any questions at all please contact: [email protected]
